After weeks of development, familyplus.one officially launches with v1.0!

So, what's new?

SvelteKit Refactor

The entire site has been rewritten from scratch using SvelteKit. For non-developers, all that means is that many of the following features were able to be added way (way) faster than if something like SvelteKit hadn't been used.

So, SvelteKit, huh? So what? Well, I'll tell ya!

Exclusive Family Content

Family™-exclusive apps and content are now available and locked behind a login. Family members (and Plus Ones!) can claim their accounts using the Claim Your Account link on the login page. All account requests will be reviewed manually by the admin.

Three new apps have been added to the Family Plus One Mini App Suite: Random Name Draw, The Void Wall, and Internet Checkpoint. Name Checker also enjoys a design refresh! Lookin' good, Name Checker! Is that a new shirt?

Random Name Draw

Enter a list of names to be shuffled and randomly selected from. Perfect for things like...deciding who gets which bed at the cabin. Promise it's not rigged!...this time.

Family™ members who are signed in will unlock the ability to autofill the list of names with common groupings of different family members.

The Void Wall

Anyone for whom "the attic" has any meaning will recognize The Void Wall.

Internet Checkpoint

Why not have a seat? Take a break?
